Thinking about fandom homes that aren't twitter

Oh god I hate the way dreamwidth works on my mobile phone I wanna throw it at the wall.

Um. Okay maybe it's not entirely appalling but it's certainly not optimised.

Whyyyyy is there so much padding on the left? What a waste of space for a mobile layout. Are there even any good mobile layouts for dreamwidth?

Mucking around with different themes. There are lots of promising ones but I haven't found the right one yet. One looks gorgeous but uses fully justified text instead of ragged right (ugh). Another has way too much padding, or ugly fonts, or a side column that I don't want.

And I can't customise these things without getting into the guts of the css, which is really a lot more effort than I can be bothered with. Considering that I'm only mucking about & don't know if I'm actually going to use this yet.
